Schumann in the City
The question has been asked if Schumann Resonance detection is possible in a city environment. The answer is yes provided you wish to see all the other man made electromagnetic signals. Most are main 60 Hz. power line in origin. Motors cycling on and off, television, passing cars, etc.
This first Spectra was recorded on my patio in the city. Time of observation 3:30 AM when things were semi-quiet. The first two resonances are shown along with plenty of noise. Especially near the first resonance.
This next Spectra was recorded shortly after in my living room. People have asked if the resonances can penetrate buildings. Obviously they can but are interfered with by other sources of electromagnetism rendering them unsuitable for research.
